Refund Policy

We want you to love your ScrubCore purchase. If your item doesn't fit, we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Returns are accepted for size exchanges only (item did not fit)
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for return

How to Return:

• Contact us at shop@scrubcore.us within 14 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and reason for return
• We will provide return instructions

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
